DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

DOAs are rare, but reef life happens—and when it does, we make it right. To qualify for DOA coverage, please follow these simple steps:

• Email a clear photo of the coral under both blue and white aquarium lighting

• Coral must remain sealed in the original bag, with the seal clearly visible

• Photos must be submitted within 2 hours of UPS delivery

Approved DOA claims will receive store credit toward a future purchase—quick, fair, and reef-friendly.
